Measurement with your permission
Google Analytics 4, delivered through Google Tag Manager, measures page views, menu use, categories and clicks to call, WhatsApp, directions and Instagram. This helps us understand what makes a visit to the bar easier. We do not send free-text menu searches, visitor names, email addresses or personal telephone numbers. Reported page URLs contain only the domain and path, without query parameters or fragments; referral URLs are limited to their origin. A click does not prove that a visit or booking took place.
Google processes technical information needed for its service and browser identifiers when you allow it. GA4 user and event data retention is set to 2 months; this does not necessarily remove Google's aggregated reports. Additional automatic measurement and optional account data-sharing settings are disabled. Search Console measures visibility in Google Search without adding a browser tag to this website.
Providers and transfers
The website uses Sites, provided by OpenAI, and its technical infrastructure. Necessary delivery and security logs may be processed by the hosting provider. OVHcloud manages the domain. Optional measurement uses Google Ireland Limited, Google LLC and their subprocessors. Processing may take place outside the European Economic Area under the providers' applicable contractual safeguards, including standard contractual clauses where applicable. Read Google's privacy policy, Google's data-processing terms and the hosting provider's privacy policy.
Your rights
Depending on your circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, and withdraw consent for the future.
